Return & Exchange Policy
One year guarantee against manufacturers’ defects in craftsmanship or materials. Repairs or replacements within this guarantee will be made at no charge. We recommend having your items appraised & insured against loss, damage, or theft.
We will gladly refund your online purchase within 10 days of invoice and or exchange it within 30 days with a receipt, provided the item is in its original, new condition and must be in the original box including all warranty cards and certificates.
Simply email this form to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization and then mail the item(s) to our store. Returns without an approved RA number will not be accepted either through shipping returns or in-store returns. The customer is responsible for the product during return shipping. Thacker Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged returned packages.
Refunds are issued within 10 days of our receipt of package or return in-store and are only made to the purchaser of record in the exact same form of original payment. Website purchases will be refunded in full minus any incurred shipping costs.
Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized, sized, or altered merchandise, merchandise hold deposits, layaway purchases or special orders. (any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the client’s request). Exchange or store credit with approval only, within 30 days of purchase based on the condition of the item. Items not manufactured by Thacker Jewelry may have additional warranty/exchange information. See store for details.
