What to Expect
Whether you start from scratch or do a little redesign, you can trust us to create the perfect piece. Your custom design will go through four simple phrases, all of which you’ll be a part of from start to finish.
Step 1
Bring Your Inspiration
Have an idea or a vision board for your design? We want to see it! After you book an appointment with our custom design experts, you’ll meet with them to explore your ideas. You can bring pictures, other existing pieces or simply describe what you’re looking for. If you can imagine it, we can create it.
Step 2
Review Your Design
Once we’ve taken your inspiration, we’ll create a 3-D rendering of your custom piece. Our experts use Computer Aided Design (CAD) to build an image through ArtCam or Counter Sketch. After the design is complete, you’ll be given the opportunity to review it and ensure it meets your expectations.
Step 3
Inspect Your Piece
After the CAD is created, a wax or plastic mold of the piece is formed. This mold will accurately display all of its features, allowing you to try it on and examine every feature. This is a great opportunity to make final changes.
Step 4
Enjoy Your Jewelry
After your wax mold is approved, we’ll begin to create the final product. Each piece is cast in the metal of your choice and adorned with the diamonds and gemstones of your request. Once polished to perfection, we’ll invite you in for the big reveal.
