Refund policy
RETURNS
We will gladly exchange your purchase within 30 days with a receipt, provided the item is in its original, new condition and must be in the original box including all warranty cards and certificates.
Simply email a "Return Request" to info@thackerjewelry.net to obtain an Exchange Authorization and then mail the item(s) to our store. Returns or Exchanges without an approved RA number will not be accepted either through shipping returns, or in-store returns. The customer is responsible for the product during return shipping. Thacker Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged returned packages.
Website purchases may be refunded, with approval, in full, minus any incurred shipping costs. Refunds, Store Credits or exchanges are issued/processed within 10 days of our receipt of the package or return in-store and are only made to the purchaser of record in the exact same form of original payment.
Please note personalized, sized, final sale, altered and/or worn merchandise is not returnable.
JEWELRY GUARANTEE
One year guarantee against manufacturers’ defects.
We suggest having your items appraised and insured against loss, damage, or theft with a personal jewelry policy or an addendum to your homeowner’s policy.
