Thacker Jewelry has been a cornerstone of West Texas since 1979, when Joe Thacker opened his first store on Broadway in the small town of Roaring Springs. What began as a wholesale jewelry distribution business serving Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico grew into a beloved family jeweler with deep community roots. Today, Thacker operates two locations, with all jewelry manufacturing still proudly done in Roaring Springs.

Once you create a design you love, you'll save it and our concierge team will reach out to help schedule an appointment to finalize your design and select your diamond.
Do I need an account to use the ring builder?
You can explore and design freely without an account. When you're ready to save your design and move forward, we'll ask for your name and phone number so our concierge team can reach out to answer preliminary questions and schedule your in-store or virtual appointment.
Can I design entirely online without visiting?
While you can design your entire ring online, we recommend an appointment (in-store or virtual) with our specialist. They'll help you select the perfect center stone, make expert recommendations, and address structural considerations like band thickness and stone security to ensure your ring is beautiful and durable.
What happens after I design my ring?
After you save your design, our concierge team reaches out to discuss your vision and schedule an appointment. During your appointment you'll work with a specialist to select your diamond, review your design, and make any final adjustments before we craft your custom ring.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Absolutely. If you're not near our showroom, we offer phone and video consultations. Our specialists can walk you through diamond selection, answer your questions, and help finalize your design remotely with the same personalized service.

How much does a custom ring cost?
You can see the real price of your engagement ring setting by designing it in our 3D ring builder. This price does not include your center stone. To get a complete price, first design your setting, and our concierge team will set up a virtual or in-store appointment to finalize your ring and pricing.
