Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. Payment

Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, modify, or refuse any order, including for reasons of inventory availability, fraud prevention, or pricing inaccuracies.

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet shipped or entered production (in the case of custom orders). Custom and engraved pieces become non-cancelable once work has begun.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States via insured, signature-required carriers. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. All orders are fully insured in transit.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted at our discretion. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Should your package arrive damaged or appear to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we may file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Your satisfaction is essential to us. Unworn, unaltered merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original method of payment.

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, engraved pieces, resized rings, special-order items, and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to high-value or special-order returns.

Purchases made in our Lubbock showroom are governed by the same standards of quality and service as our online offerings. A receipt or copy of your invoice is required for all returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims.

Price Matching

We may, at our discretion, match advertised prices on identical merchandise from authorized retailers. Price match requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and verified by our team.

Layaway

Layaway is available on select pieces with a minimum 20% deposit. The balance must be paid in full within 90 days. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as store credit toward another piece.

We strive to describe and photograph every piece with precision. However, slight variations in color, weight, gemstone clarity, and finish are inherent to fine jewelry and natural materials. Photographs may be enlarged to show detail.

Gemstone Grading

Diamonds and colored gemstones are graded in accordance with industry standards (GIA, AGS, or comparable). Independent certificates accompany applicable pieces. Treatments such as heat, irradiation, or clarity enhancement are disclosed when known.

Metal Purity

All gold, platinum, and silver pieces are stamped with their respective fineness (e.g., 14K, 18K, PT950, 925). Metal purity meets or exceeds applicable U.S. federal standards.

Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Thacker Fine Jewelry stands behind every piece we sell. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones due to impact, or unauthorized alterations performed by a third party.

Repair Services

We offer professional repair services for Thacker pieces and most fine jewelry, including resizing, polishing, prong retipping, restringing, and stone replacement. Estimates are provided prior to service. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification of completion.

Care Instructions

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend professional inspection and cleaning every six months, and avoiding exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, and strenuous activity while wearing your pieces.

Our loyalty program rewards our most cherished clients. Members earn points on qualifying purchases, which may be redeemed toward future jewelry, repairs, or services in accordance with the published program terms.

Earning & Redemption

• Points accrue on net purchases after taxes, shipping, and discounts.
• Returns will result in a reversal of earned points.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined across accounts.

Expiration & Program Changes

Points expire 24 months after the date earned if no qualifying activity occurs. Thacker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with reasonable notice to active members.

Thacker gift cards may be purchased in store or online in denominations of $50 and above. Gift cards are redeemable toward merchandise, services, and repairs at any Thacker location or online.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards do not expire and carry no maintenance fees.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
• Store credit issued for returns is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.

We collect customer information through our point-of-sale system, website, appointment requests, and event registrations. This data may include your name, contact information, purchase history, sizing details, anniversary dates, and preferences.

Your information is used to personalize your experience, provide service after the sale, send anniversary reminders, deliver relevant marketing communications (where consented), and improve our offerings.
