Once your request is received, a team member will reach out to confirm your appointment time and ask a few quick questions about what you're hoping to find. This lets us pull relevant pieces, sketches, or loose stones ahead of time.
Plan for roughly 45 to 60 minutes, though we never rush a decision this meaningful. Bring reference photos, a ring for sizing, or a piece needing repair – whatever helps us serve you best.

Is there a cost for a consultation?
No. Private consultations are complimentary with no obligation to purchase. We simply ask that you let us know if you need to reschedule.
What should I bring to my appointment?
For custom design or repair visits, bring the piece itself, reference photos, or sizing information. For engagement consultations, feel free to bring inspiration images or a partner's ring for sizing.
How soon will my appointment be confirmed?
Requests are reviewed by our team, typically within one business day. We will call or email to confirm the exact time or offer alternatives if your first choice is unavailable.
Why are consultations only available Tuesday through Saturday?
Our showroom and workshop are closed Sundays and Mondays, so we reserve those days for design work and family time – a tradition since our founding in 1979.
Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?
Absolutely. Simply reply to your confirmation email or call the showroom directly and we will happily find a new time that works for you.
